Challenge Trust is operating in a dynamic and changing environment where organisations must be responsive to change. In the past year Challenge Trust has already undergone considerable change. It recognises however, that further change will be necessary to thrive in the environment moving ahead. To remain in the sector, new services and sources of funding and support will be required.

The organisation is now pursuing strategies of growth, diversification, efficiency, effectiveness and sector influence. Growth will provide economies of scale and diversification will provide sustainability in a changing environment. Operational efficiency and effectiveness will provide the means to move in the right direction.
